Which countries do you export to?
Our main market is North America and Europe. But also we have more and more business with Asia and oceania. We sincerely welcome customers from all over the world.
What about the trade terms?
Our usual terms are FOB, CFR and CIF. But other terms could be negotiable in special conditions.
What about the payment terms?
Normally for first deal with new customer, we demand 30% T/T in advance, 70% balance T/T before shipment. For future business, 30% T/T in advance with 70% balance T/T against fax of B/L copy or L/C at sight is also acceptable by us.
For small amount or sample order, customer could also pay via PayPal or Western Union.
If customer demands other special payment terms, please kindly communicate with us under certain condition.
What about the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
First, we could consider that most customers need a trial or sample order as a business start to check our delivery, quality and service. Thus our MOQ could be flexible in a small quantity.
But as we always produce for customers’ actual orders to ensure good quality and brand-new appearance, we basically have no stock in hand. For MOQ of actual item, please kindly contact us for details.
May I have your samples for existing items?
According to our sample policy, samples are free of charge for our common existing ones within a certain amount but customers need to bear the express charge. If customers have an international express collect account no. for FedEx, UPS, DHL and so on, this will be more convenient for us.
For long-term business, we could bear the express charge.
Could you do sampling according to my actual sample, special demand, design or own idea?
Our R & D dept. has experienced engineers in structure and electrocircuit. And we have good cooperative factories in molds for plastic and metal. Based on these, we are able to achieve your demanded samples.
Could the sampling charge be refundable?
If customers are satisfied with the finished samples and will settle the first order, we will start to refund the sampling charge. For actual refundable procedure, this will be finalized according to actual sampling charge, the first order amount and actual communications.
Could I put my logo on the product?
Definitely. Both laser-engraving and silk-screen are available. Please just send us your logo file and we will make the samples for your approval first before bulk production.
How do you control the quality?
We have strict quality control system including incoming material inspection, production line management, final full inspection and random inspection on loading. Based on these, we are able to deliver final high quality products for you.
What about the lead time?
Frankly speaking, actual lead time will be settled by our items you choose, quantity, season and so on.
On condition that customers demand an urgent delivery, we could arrange production prior based on ensuring punctual delivery for other customers. The finalized schedule should be formally confirmed with our sales department.
What's the period of validity for complaint?
Normally, we accept the complaint within one month after receipt of the goods. For some special circumstances, please kindly contact with our sales for your actual order.
Could we visit your factory if we want?
You are welcome to visit us at any time! Please kindly inform us your schedule, and we could arrange to pick up you from where you stay.
